A small practice, on purpose

Marlow Dental Studio is an independent dental practice on Bridge Road, Richmond, built around longer appointments and fewer patients a day.

Why is Marlow different?

Most dental anxiety comes from feeling rushed and uninformed. So we see fewer patients each day, book longer appointments and explain every step before it happens.

The studio is designed to feel like a quiet room rather than a clinic: natural light, soft materials and no drills audible from reception. The clinical side is anything but soft. Sterilisation follows the Dental Board of Australia and ADA infection control guidelines, every time.

How we work

  • 01

    Time first

New patient appointments run for an hour. Hygiene visits are never squeezed into fifteen minutes.

  • 02

    Prices in writing

Every plan comes itemised before treatment starts. If something changes, we tell you before we do it.

  • 03

    Conservative by default

We repair before we replace and monitor before we drill. The least invasive option comes first.

  • 04

    You can stop anything

Agree a hand signal and everything pauses. No questions, no pressure.

Inside the *studio*

Three treatment rooms, a consult room for conversations away from the chair, and a separate sterilisation suite.

What is the technology for?

  • Intraoral 3D scanning

Digital impressions in minutes, with no impression paste. Used for crowns, aligners, veneers and night guards.

  • Low-dose digital X-rays

Taken only when clinically needed, with a fraction of the radiation of film X-rays.

  • Dental microscope and loupes

Magnification for root canal treatment and fine cosmetic work.

  • Separate sterilisation suite

Instruments are cleaned, sterilised in an autoclave and sealed in tracked pouches.
